Gallstones:
These are the stones that develop in the bile duct or gall bladder and cause severe pain in right side chest pain and backside.
Types of Gallstones
a. Black pigment – Increase destruction rate in red blood cell
b. Cholesterol (This is associated with female gender, elevated blood triglyceride levels, pregnancy, oral hormonal therapy, the rapid loss of weight, obesity and Crohn's disease.)
c. Brown pigment – Infection of bile.

Symptoms play an important role in diagnosing the gallstone leading to back and chest pain. Common symptoms are biliary colic and cholecystitis.

Gallbladder creates several complications in our body including jaundice, cholangitis, gangrene, fistula, pancreatitis, sepsis, and ileus.
Test to identify gallstones are Transabdominal ultrasonography, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP),duodenal drainage, endoscopic ultrasonography, cholescintigraphy (HIDA scan), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), liver and pancreatic blood tests, oral cholecystogram (OCG), and IVC (intravenous cholangiogram).

Arthritis is defined as a joint disorder which causes inflammation in one or more joints. To date, around 100 forms of arthritis have been identified. Rheumatoid arthritis badly affects the heart’s muscle and blood vessels. This causes pain in the right chest and backside. Rheumatoid arthritis can be diagnosed while viewing your medical history file and examining your physical state and level of swelling and movement in joints.

Lack of blood flow causes severe pain in the back and right side. In medical terminology, we name it Angina. Although right side chest pain is not regarded as a symbol of heart attacks, if you are suffering from Angina, then it may turn into heart disease. Pneumothorax: Due to injury, lungs release air directly into the chest which causes pain in the backside and right side chest.
Lung abscess: It is also called Pneumonia and is an infection that results in pus cough, fever, and chills.
